When do Cairns employers hire? The seasonal job market explained

The dry season ramp: April to June

The single biggest hiring wave of the year. From May to October the dry season brings peak tourism, and every venue on the Esplanade, every reef operator and every hotel staffs up ahead of it. The peak itself: June to October
